For most people, your home will be the largest single investment you will ever make, so making the wrong decision can become a very expensive mistake. For the majority of mortgages arranged we charge a fee of £250. We may also be paid by the lender. Alternatively we will charge a fee of £500 and then refund any fee received from the lender.
